First of all I would suggest you not to use net language even at home or with friends because such little things really count a lot.
Keep one thing in mind that for learning a language, reading, writing and speaking are equally important. So in each case you have to be careful and straightforward. Commonly we think in Sindhi or Urdu (usually in mother tongue) and try to express ourselves in English. Avoid this practice because such effort does not convey the spirit.
Make a habit of observing and jotting down important and felicious words or phrases you meet in general reading. Revise and make use of them so that you may become familiar to them.
Above all you need a crystal clear vision so that you may make the best of bad job in first attempt.
