Default 8 DETERMINANTS OF PERCEPTIION ? Plz what are they?

This question is repeated every alternative year, but still there is no solid information about answering this question in the forum.

Anyone who can clearly and squarely explain this mind boggling question?

Eight determinants of perception are:
1. Interest
2. Expectation
3. Effect of needs and motives
4. Effect of beliefs
5. Emotion
6. Effects of learning
7. Personality/individual differences
8. Effects of practice
