I have no background of Punjabi and I am a saraiki speaking. Can I opt Punjabi and still score good ?

yes you can, but for that purpose first you'll have to consult a punjabi teacher for a week or two
next you'll have to do a thorough reading of books for at least 2 times........you can get a punjabi to urdu dictionary for your convenience
