Default How to prepare Punjabi?

How to start preparing this subject?

Should one cover poetry first? I am using the book 'Adab Pareet' and 'Soch Vichaar".

Share your tips and preparation strategy.

AoA.
Punjabi has always been a good choice for CSS aspirants
for it's ever scoring trend and for it's relatively less demand of
time and energy.
Well it's preparation isn't any herculean task.
Just one need to focus a little. I only prepared four portions.
Lok Geet.
Classical poetry.
Novel/Drama
Prose (Nasar).
You just start from Lok Geet.
Do one type of Lok Geet and then the other.
As to say start from Lori.
You are needed to memorize some lories by heart
which one is desired to quote in paper in order to basket higher marks.
First you prepare this portion then go to the next.
If you make your own notes, it would be highly fruitful.
The book , I followed was Jahangir Publishers book.
This covers almost whole the syllabus.
Yes this is a little insufficient, as far askhutbat e Iqbal is concerned.
For that I got some pages from Punjabi syllabus of
Masters which covered that deficiency.
Would say punjabi is a very good choice ,
which if done properly can fetch us outstanding marks.
Regards
Tassawur.
