You simply don't need to memorize all dholas. Let me explain.
Just memorize 1 or 2 Dholas for each of the headings you have mentioned above.
Like...
(1). Sufia Karam De Dholay.
Wangi 1, Dhola admi ban aya....
Wangi 2, Sab soorat wich disda Dhola mahi...
(2). Islami Rang
Wangi 1, Allah nu karan yaad hamesha.....
Wangi 2, (Potohari Style) Main aethe te mahi thal we...
(3). Ishq te Husn de Dholay
Wangi 1, Kanna nu bunde sar chattay ne kalay....
Wangi 2, Alif aa mian dhola bethe moti parowan....
Wangi 3, Asi aethe te dhola lehnde...
Wangi 4, Bazar Wakendi kakhri...
Wangi 5, Main tan pani bhareni aan chik da...
(4) Kaal te Narad de Dholay
Wangi 1, Kaal bulendi narad nasha peeta ae bhang da...
(5) Rittal Bittal
Wangi 1, Wele deegar de naarin pehn poshakan...
(6) Dholay wich Mahiay da rang
Wangi 1, Lokan de bhane kal turya...
(7) Hikmat de Danish de dholay
Wangi 1, Laggi dilan di ohay jande...
Wangi2, Beri qadir kandhe lani hundi ae...

That's it.
"Tassawuf" has been discussed in 1st heading so no need to put it again, similarly "Waran(Battles)" has been discussed in "Kaal te Narad de Dholay" so omit at end. Under these headings you are putting 14 dholas as examples, so that would be more than enough for the question.
I have completely got that. And it has become easy for me.
Now please tell me meanings of following words:
Werwa, suhpan, simkaali ?

werva means jaiza or analysys
Simkaali means Ham Asar or contemporary
The third word I am unable to comprehend properly that what it is

Waara'n means famous fights or battels
The examples of famous Waara'n are
Chhathya'n di war
Sikhaa;n di war
Kharlaa'n di war
in short waarn which jang , bahadri , lraai etc da zikr honda a.
Example
Raai Ahmad Khan aakhay Rannaa'n , Bhoain Tay Ghorian'n Wand Kisay Na Ditya'n
Hundya'n But Tay which Sah Slaami
Means k Rai Ahmad says women , land and horses no one gives away as long as one is alive.

Rest of the outline Safyan has explained.
And the dhola which you mentioned above is reallly tough and complicated one in its language.

The third word is Sehpan or Suhpan, I don't know how to pronounce, for example

Ahmad Rahi de kalaam which suhpan or sehpan try jazbay da dongha mushahida ae.

Soh'pan mean khoobsoorti , beauty , Sohna Pan. This word also has been used at many other places like it has been used in Farid's poetry also. Ahmad Raahi like John Keats depicts and portrays beauty. This is what I have inferred.

I don't know any such source or dictionary from where the meanings of such words can be learnt. I believe the language used by Jappa is very colloquial language used by common people and is easy to understand. Certainly few words and expression are unable to be comprehended. But most of his language is easy and in proximity with our punjabi language and culture. While , other writers have used even tough and complicated literary language.

Still there are some and I am asking their meanings as I come across them and may be its not appropriate way that is why I was asking but yes you are right, most of the part is easy to understand.
