now a days sociology become dominate on my nerve because i dont have it in student life ...for comple 600 marks i opted this....


please how to start it?

what is the gist point of his subject?

Sociology is the most amazing subject that I have studied during CSS. In my 2014 attempt I secured 64 marks in it (between I failed in aggregate ). I would suggest you following points:

Start with perspectives, than move on to "Cultures" and Institutions and finally theories. Horton and Hunt is the best book, you should also try to find VU notes on this forum.

The gist point is to study what you encounter in your daily life, on a routine basis.

I started my css study with this subject and it is my true love . Once I developed love for this subject I studied entire horton and hunt book, VU notes, online blogs and articles related to this subject. Therefore, my strategy will not help you. You should create your own strategy as everyone has his own strengths and weaknesses and therefore should make his own strategy.

Just take a start from the book written by Tagga.This will help you to know what this subject actually is.Moreover,you will get many examples of Pakistani society. After that you may go for any other source for extra knowledge

Be calm and relax. You csn fetch good marks even though you have nt studied it earlier. The main thing is your personal appraoch. You have to elabire culture, society, social problems which are baggery, population etc. C
