what is the difference b/w community and society ? any example of community and society from pakistan ?

society is a broader term , which involve the common beliefs , values , faith and culture and spread on wide geographical area
whereas community exists within a society who have certain specific interests , occupation ,mutual goals and objective and stay connected within a small area .
like in Pakistan the society is Muslim .
and communities are many like students , teachers , traders , and fisherman living on the bank of sea or river etc .
please correct me if i am wrong
