As for as the question of scoring is concerned, all the three optionals are very much scoring. But when it comes to easiness and manageablility, it depends upon one's taste and aptitude. Say, I like sociology, now obviously I shall go for it as I know I can handle it in a good way, and it's definite too that it will be easy for me.
Hope you get what I mean.

I also thinking of opting Sociology . .but its quite boring & dry subject ..

dear bro sikander kalhoro!
i shall also suggest you to go with sociology because it will advantageous with journalism. once you start to scrutinize, you will know, how interesting it is more over your most of communication (journalism) topics will be also shared topics of sociology. so one study will help you to crush both subjects.
