I submit this puzzle question but no one response me, I am again submitting this question plz seniors and juniors help me. The Paper of Public Administration 2009 was very tough and technical. Can any one help and solve this papaer's questions with MCQs.

And my question to all senior and junior members plz suggest me what is the meaning of this question. Are as under,

The judicial remedies and accountability for the citizen of the country against the abuse of power,has become prevalent in the modern time. What are those remedies? Elaborate.

This question has come in 2007 and 2009 papers both.

What is the meaning of this above mentioned question plz suggest me.

i think....... the answer was
the judicial writs HABEAS CORPUS,CERTIORARI,MANDAMUS ETC.there r five judicial remedies.u can check these in ACCOUNTABILITY chapter of Dr.sultan khan.

i thnk it was the comparatively easy question in that paper.but paper was exactly tough n professional at master levels.
