MY UNDERSTANDING OF THE PRECIS

Socialist calculation on population is based upon a desperation to control population by desperate means - there view is that there are no natural checks to control population and the state should decide the quantity and quality of population- So the whole extract of the precis was based upon the negation of this calculation. If the natural checks are removed -- which, on contrary to socialist calculations, do exits -- the world will be in a state of mess.

Also there are many obstacles to there notion like politicians, religious clerics and above all the extremist as every extra person is a potential insurgent for them.

So my dear socialists brothers your calculation to control population by taking measures based on desperation is not correct [AND HERE COMES THE LAST LINE OF THE PRECIS] "for experience has shown that it is aspiration, not desperation, that makes revolutions"
