Is it paper of International Relations or Essay? it is not a balanced paper

2,3,5 and 9 were relatively good to opt, paper as a whole seems a tricky one, but still not too much tough.

Very tricky and unconvential paper.

its difficulty level is somewhere between normal and tough ; But the twisted statements make it look very Tough :blink:

Doable but tough! Almost an hour required for outline and rough brainstorming. Speed would matter in such a tough paper as it had to be done in only two hours.
