as far as away, up, and off is concerned. in my opinion, carried away is by water or air. which carries a thing/stuff away from you. for explanation, just as a plane takes off and not takes up!
Umar ! had tab use hota hai jab purani baat ho.jab maazi qareeb ki baat ho gi like yesterday, last night etc tou past indefinite tense ho ga.so the correct answer is, He came yesterday.

we use HAD when two past events happen together..
e.g. I MET NASIR, HE HAD COME YESTERDAY.

Well that was a single sentence, so right sentence is:
He came yesterday.

Something like that
Exactly.

I think that there will not be any effect of such type of heading as both of your heading have the same meaning.

Lightbulb My attempted expansion

Well, every aspirant attempted the expansion according to his or her own will but my attempted expansion was "cut your coat according to the cloth" in which I jotted down three examples from the currant scenario of the pakistan.
One was of the IMF, due to which now pakistan has been stretched and the European countries have lost the prosperity of our country by asking their given loans and Paksitan is not presently in the condition to return the heavy loans as borrowed. Now in the result what is happening that we are bound to not make Mou's with the other countries like Iran etc. The inflation, poverty, unemployment are at the peak.

Likewise this I justified the topic and uttered that Pakistan is once again fifity years back.
