well ayeezas, you keep your opinion and I will stick to mine.

apart from that, going through all the discussions that you have been through, believing this to be my last post in this thread, i just want to say *its not words, its the attitude that speaks*

Wait a minute....the two of u were talking about some "Philosophy of Islam".
Is that a book????Can u tell me the author's name???

I had read two books which are reputed to be pretty comprehensive. One of them was "Islam its meaning and message" by Khurshid Ahmed and the other one was Liaqat Niazi's "Islamic way of life".But for questions as tricky as these, trust me,those two books are simply toooo scant.

Could someone plz enlighten me about the complete list of books to read for the objective part?????????

I am going to bang my head in the wall.I am finding Islamiyat too hard:sad:sad:sad

and by the renaissance of islam...allama iqbal and lastly read an introducion to islam by Mohammad hamidullah..u wont find anything

hard to grasp...n sherry...yes its the attitude and
aayahs n ahadith are the inherent attitude ov islamiat...anyhw,farewell the contest ov ideas..bid adieu to this strife...

Name on Muhr-e-Nabuwat

Well, I think this forum is to guide and share knowledge. Difference of opinion may always be there, but it should be tolerated and no one should offend any other.

As far as the Q-13 is concerned, I second 'ayezzaS'. It is not the sequence of words which was asked rather the complete meaningful name; which is MUHAMMADURRUSULALLAH.

@sherry,,,its very hard to enlighten the gloom in a dark as ignoble as this...na janney aur janney waley barabar nahin ho saktey..al-quran.

@ayezzaS
U seem to know a lot abt islamiyat.Thanx a lot for ur valuable suggestion.
Cud u also tell me where to look for these books??What I mean is tht which particular bookshop or library to hunt?
And I hope these books tht u've mentioned are translated in english.
Thx a million anyway.

@black coffee..A.A aah!knowlege is an unfathomable sea, dear...still thanku..khutbaat e bahawalpur has been translated into eng, though i dnt knw frm where exactly wud you get it.,m sorry for this unknowingness but believe urdu bazaar lahore and any good bookshop ought to hav it,otherwise as you knw there is a dearth ov book-admiration in pakistan,so u might need to order for it.secondly check out this web adress...www.allamaiqbal.com on the very first page is there a heading as "the reconstruction ov religious thought in islam"go through the whole lecture after clicking it,you would be helped, atleast in understanding the philosophy of islam.lastly, introduction to islam is a recommeded book(was written in english) for css so would get it very easily from urdu bazaar lahore.an uncle ov mine got it for me:)
thanks again for your compliments, and i pray" RABBI zidni ilmaa" at evry instance!and you need not to thank me,its a pleasure helping as this is a relatively tough task to accomplish atleast after this year,s experience.:)
