Salam,after reading the above precise passage ,i hav felt that it should be more precise.the precise passage should be only one third of the original passage at max.furthermore, it should include all the facts nd imp points using less words.
Finally ,the topic name should be simple, in appropriate words nd it should also reveal central theme of passage

Additionally, Precis paper in CSS is a delibrate attempt on the part of the Federal Public Service Commission to judge the candidate's grip over English. At the same time, all corespondence in administrative posts rely heavily upon your command over Precis. So, Precis is an important component of Precis & Composition paper.

THe original passage is of 360 words and my precis contains 110 words,so 10 words short,besides missing one point regarding causes of unhappiness.
