Dear Wahab, i have posted this reply in another thread as well but will post it here.
Can you please share the experience that you have had with pashto this exam. Besides "Pohana" and "Pashto adab ta yawa katana" did you use any other sources. I am a bit skeptical about my translation. Can you please share some sources that might help. Also one member suggested me to check my translation with a pashto lecturer but i do not have anyone to go to, so is it possible that a senior member help out in this regard. Thank you. |

origin of Pashto language, questions regarding Ali khan, Rahman baba, Abduraheem majzub, and ghani all were taken from the new edition of pohana book. Regarding translation, don't worry dear if you can write and understand plain Pashto and English languages. larh sha bus o bookseller na da pohana book latest edition raora.

Thank you for the response. I have this another query. I have also opted Pashto for PMS 2016 exam and the thing that is bothering me is about writing. Do i have to just practice the questions and keep writing?
i feel like it will be a bit difficult to transition from English writing to Pashto during exam days. |

Do practice if you are naïve otherwise no need. I got 64 marks in 2014 without any practice but i did know as to how Pashto is written.

Yes, it 100% covers the syllabus. I got ~60 or so marks just by reading pohanna book. However, if you are an over-achiever, you can consider to read some extra literature on Rehman Baba and Khushaal Khattak but other than that Pohanna is all you need!

@descendantOfSaul thanks for ur valuable suggestion, I'm confused between sociology and pashto, but i think of pashto as more easier and scoring subject as compared to sociology, what is ur take on it??
