Default China Cutting?
Would somebody enlighten me what this "CHINA CUTTING" phenomenon is? I recently heard this word after raids on "great quaid's" Nine Zero. Now whenever a criminal from that ethnic party is apprehended, I hear the word in same sentence which includes land grabbing, extortion, target killing or some other criminal activity. So, it must be some crime. Enlighten me please.

China Cutting means Illegal Cutting of plots usually govt.plots.
This term was coined by Altaf Hussain.

Do correct me,if iam wrong.

Could you explain word "Cutting" here? Is it encroachment on govt plots or just plain "grabbing"? If it is grabbing then whats the difference between land grabbing and china cutting?
Altaf bhai must have IQ in 4 figures as we mortals just can't comprehend the genius in him!

a word coined by Mr.altar Hussain
it acts in two dimension
At first land grabbers along with machinary starts construction of buildings such as plazas on public plots, parks and places.
Than if any citizen ask for approval the land grabbers make a phone call to contact the citizen.
and within few days
....
......
.......

that citizen is killed and its dead boddy is recovered in a sack.This is china cutting.
Babar Ghoury is the top most china cutter in Karachi.and perhabs most bourgeois whose career started from wait or and now moves in land cruiser.

The term "China Cutting" is a real-estate jargon and not coined by Altaf Hussain. This word has been informally popular amongst the real estate developers of Karachi for plots/lands that were illegally or forcibly [esp. through political mafias/militias] taken possession of, Altaf Hussain just restated this term on electronic media.
