Default Obama's failure.

With the Obama Administration's time at the White House coming to an end, I thought it would be benificial for us to discuss the policy successes (if there were any) and failures during his tenure as the president.

I think his failures outshine his successes, particularly on foreign policy front.
Some Successes: End of war in Iraq, Found & killed Osama, Health Care reforms at home, reduced unemployment, GDP growth went upward and Annual deficit went down. etc etc
Failures: Russian/Ukrain, ISIS/Iraq/Syria, Libya (which He considers his biggest failure), War in Afghanistan, Closure of Guantanamo bay prison, etc etc
Note: Figures regarding Economy are contested by the Republicans

Agreed!
How do you see the Iran Deal? A success or a fail?
Since the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was signed, Iran has stepped up support for Bashar al-Assad and increased its troop presence in Syria, intensified its domestic oppression and entered into arms deals and conducted multiple ballistic missile tests in violation of U.N resolutions. With these developments, I seriously question the efficacy of such a deal in the first place.

Iran deal is a huge diplomatic success for both Iran & P5+1. It specifically covers Iran nuclear ambitions and missile program. It has nothing to do with Iran's internal or external policy manoeuvres.

Considering the recent developments, I seriously question the efficacy of the deal. Nonetheless, it will remain one of the biggest diplomatic successes in Obama's legacy.
I do think, the nuclear accord has had a significant impact on Iranian domestic and foreign policy. The deal has widened the gap between the moderate clerics and the hardliners who have warned of "nuclear sedition", aimed at derailing the Islamic Republic from its "revolutionary path". The deal has also resulted in a more aggressive Iranian posture to exert itself in the region, leading to Saudi fears. It has had a significant impact on the oil market. The nuclear deal in itself just deals with Iran's nuclear ambitions (questionable) but it has ushered Iran into a new era of relations with the world and improve its political and economic situation at home.
