i m a silent reader of pakistn and have a little knowledgw about affairs of pakistan within these days
when i get up in morning each day and go to news paper stand with a heavy heart and a pray to ALLAH
" YA ALLAH aj koi hamaka na hua ho YA ALLAH is mulk ki kharayt rakhi"

corruption
military operations in pakistan
US pressure
suicdie attacks
political leaders third class statements in order to restore democracy
blood shoots,
government officials jokers actions
critism on media irresponisibilities
president speeches
social status failures

all this frustated me and like me others

on which we hear sohni dharti ALLAH rakhe suna kartay thay
ab hum yoome azadi pai hula gula kartay hain ya patakhay chalatay hain
ya phir riffels kai saye main namaz parhaty hain
lal masjid main kon saheed tha
history will decide

My dear, I respect your tremendous regards for your homeland and I really respect them. But again I am saying that unless we are not going to polish ourselves, the society will keep running as it is.

Dear Mast420, u r right that it is a matter to be thought seriously by all of us.
In my opinion, in order to eradicate all these problems and giving our country a respectable stature, we must follow these things,

1. Compulsion of detailed Islamic Education
2. Improving the Literacy Rate
3. Introduction of Real Democracy in the country
4. Introduction of Rule of Law
5. Superemacy of Judiciary
6. Freedom of Media (This is achieved to some extent now)
7. Practice of Free and Fair Accountability
8. Supression of Extremism
9. Unity as a Nation
and most importantly,
10. Self Confidence and Self Belief in the whole nation.

Dear brother,
U have rightly pointed out major problems of our belived country. As a whole nation this is our collective concern. These problems exists since the indepenece. Now these present and impending threats have raised the quation of integrity and soledarity. we can not get rid of all these diseases untill we a develope a sense of patriotism and will not prefere personal interest to national intrests. Otherwise, this awful viruse will keep infecting the infrastrucre of our country. And the day would approach, when we ourselves would be responsible for dire consequences in case of being neglectful of reality.

Yes brother, by saying National Unity and Self Beliefe and Self Confidence, my basic idea was Patriotism. So thanks for introducing this more appropriate term in this discussion.

Hello Every one...

I agree to almost every one atleast in most respects about the state of the nation...and i'd like to share that i have a firm belief that the day we as a nation and i dont mean politicians , army , judiciary...i mean each one of us....will priortize national interest over personal interest this country will be a different country...i think we need a movement to reform the nation that reminds them of the love we once had for Pakistan...We need Patriotism...Education..we need intellectualy honest people..people who eradicate people who are used by the enemies to destablize this country....through extremeism..wrong ideas of Islam...we need positive minds with informed thoughts.......i can say so much more..but for now as i was moved by the post sooo...i just stopped to write a few words....
