in our country i have seen that if you get in any clash in which you are on the Legal side but you can not force the thing which is legal so people have to take some steps which are illegal why is that and how that can be controlled
My Example
We are having a family as paying guest at ground floor portion of our house we saw them doing some bad things and our family didnt like that and we put a notice to them of one month as it was written in the contract to leave the house but they didnt do that and made some serious issues for us and when we asked for legal actions against them by civil court we would told that it would take 3 months which couldnt be allowed then i had to take help of my relatives and police also illegally and force them to leave the house and as now they have stated at the police station that they will leave the house this month and if they dont then we have to again use our sources against them
when we have a clear notice for one month as written in contract and they are not paying there rent from 2 months then why law is unable to put immediate actions against them????????

Might is Right, if you have the manpower attack on the house of tenant and throw their thing outside, evacuate the house, lock the door and put the key in your pocket, go at home and sleep with satisfaction.

This action can also be done by the help of Police, if you have good relation with high ups of Police.

If you are talking about Law, then hire a lawyer pay him with huge amont, the Judge will give stay to tenants, they will stay in your house freely till the decission of case. you just have to visit Kachehry one day in a week , wait for some 8 hours, you will be entered in the court room after the arguements of 15 minutes, you will be given next date. Your case will be decided in only 5 to 10 years. Then go to High Court and Supreme Court for next trial. Then the house will be handover to you children. This is the immediate action of Law.

well i had relations with police with the help of that they have been put out of the house now but my question still remains same

People say the youth can change our pakistan
but i think it is also impossible cause it is a complete system complete law which has been implying on us from years our education system is still the same we havent changed ourselves a little
