1) Immediate & complete restoration of the 1973 Constitution.. its a rootten piece of thing done by our politicians
It's not a rotten piece as you have stated it. It is far better than the Constitution of 1956 and 1962, which gave power to the office of President, an unelected office where extra-constitutional forces have amalgamated their vested interests. Though there are few discrepancies in it yet it is better than previous ones. At least it was one passed by the consensus of parliament. But amendments have changed the nature of 1973 Constitution.

6) Trial of Musharraf on treason charges.. just repeat the history with no use
There is no such case in the history of Pakistan where a President was tried on the treason charges. But yes it is possible by invoking the Article 6 of constitution. Zia got himself indemnified by the 8th amendment. But there is a predicament for Musharraf. Current assemblies have completed their life and passing such an amendment from next assemblies would be a difficult task though the possibility cannot be overruled.

7) Dismissal of the Q-league government for supporting the illegal acts of Musharraf .... look Q-league are lucky that they got a chance to do so.. if any other party would be at this position that would have done the same thing
Yes any military-formed-and-backed opportunist party would do that.

okay if we agree on ur point, just tell me what we gonna get in return?? BB, Nawaz, Maulvi hazrat or Imran... and if we get any one of them will that be better off?
A bad democrat government is still better than a good one-man rule. At least it would be giving space to institutions and if it won't, it would be toppled in months. By the way we never had democracy, not even in the 2 tenures of Benazir and Nawaz Sharif. In 1988 when PPP formed its government, Benazir was forbidden to choose her Foriegn Minister; defence was under the control of army and few other restrictions. So one can imagine what kind of PM she was. It was the Establishment of Pakistan that was ruling us.

Thus be objective while analyzing facts. Subjective statements never work.

@sam_diya

Whatever you have said is true but all the freedom is only available in democracy. Therefore if you have democracy only then you will enjoy the real freedom. We have even seen the states that have otherwise high literacy rate like Cuba (97 %) yet there is no real freedom for institutions. The kind of freedom we enjoyed for the past few months (be it judicial or of expression) was bound to collide with the authoritarian rule because that freedom does not suit the interests of ruling elite. Emergency plus is, thus, the only logical outcome of all the hyped freedom given by regime. It was bound to happen. Only in democracy you can enjoy the real freedom of institutions.

Thanks @Duaa. I second what you say.

Nawaz, Benazir, Imran or anyone who gets democractically elected in a free and fair vote should be our leader and we should accept such a leader wholeheartedly and continue to criticise his/her mistakes. This is what Indians have been doing so successfully although they also have very mediocre politicians.
