Default Rights of casting vote

Graduation condition deprived 97pc of voters from contesting elections: AG

ISLAMABAD: The graduation condition deprived around 97 percent of eligible voters of their democratic right to contest the polls, Attorney General (AG) Malik Qayyum said on Friday. Pleading for the removal of the law at the hearing of a petition challenging the graduation condition, he said the country had 68.1 million voters, of whom only 2.6 million (3.2 percent) were graduates. The SC bench directed the AG to submit complete data about total population, registered voters and registered graduates, especially province-wise, at the next hearing on Monday. There are 0.2 million graduates in the NWFP, 10,174 in the Tribal Areas, 1.22 million in the Punjab, 0.9 million in Sindh, 58,000 in Balochistan and 73,937 in Islamabad.

salam friends
its a good idea, how can both of above worth equal, but we can't differentiate between two categeories that a peasant person would'nt be right to cast his vote.

I think it will more feasable for them differentiating as followes:

Peasant person======== 1 vote
Primary pass===========1.5 vote
Middle pass ===========2 votes

Matric: ============3 votes
Inter:=============4votes
Graduate===========5votes
Post graduate========6 votes

increments vote
Certification course: === increment of 0.5 vote
Mphil===== increment of 1 vote
PHD===== increment of 1 vote
special degree ( CA, ICMA, Bar@law===== increment of 1 vote

If one want more cateogrieze: then

We can more differentiating these categeories in following

At 10 years education
Matric Pass (Grade d)====2.2
Matric pass (grade c)====2.4
Matric Pass (gradeB)====2.6
Matric Pass (GradeA)===2.8vote
Matric with Grade A+===3votes

At 12 years education
Inter with (Grade d)====3.2
Inter with (Grade c)====3.4
Inter with (Grade b)====3.6
Inter with (Grade a)====3.8
Inter with (Grade A+)===4.0

At 14 years education
Graduate with (Div. 3rd)====4.3
Graduate with (Div. 2nd)====4.7
Graduate with (Div. 1st)====5 votes

At 16 years education:
PostGraduate with (Div. 3rd)====5.3
PostGraduate with (Div. 2nd)====5.7
PostGraduate with (Div. 1st)====6 votes

For M Phil & PHD's
M Phil====== 7votes
PHD =======8 votes
M-Phil+PHD ===9votes

some special certification cuorses
MCP, OCP, CCNA, etc ===== with increment of 0.5 vote:

Now some special degrees3
CA, ACCA, ICMA, Bar@Law, ==== increment of 1vote

@ sadat
In case, we cant categeorize like above, then we should'nt eliminate a peasant person to cast his vote. because he got equal right to live in pakistan as a highly qualified person.
