Default Obama's Change In Stance To Muslim World

NO DOUBT,OBAMA HAS LAID FOUNDATION OF NEW BEGINNING BY VISITING MUSLIM WORLD AND DELIVERING A MUSLIMS FAVOURABLE SPEECH.IN HIS SPEECH HE ACKNOWLDGES ISLAM AS RELIGION OF PEACE.HE ALSO SPEAKS ABOUT SOLUTION OF PALESTINE.BUT I DONT THINK THAT HIS THIS VISIT TO MUSLIM WORLD WILL CHANGE THE IMAGE OF US IN MUSLIM WORLD.BECAUSE AMERICANS NEED TO REACH OUT TO MUSLIM WORLD AND WIN THE HEARTS OF COMMON PEOPLE.UNFORTUNATELY,AMERICA GIVES LEAST CONSIDERATION TO WISHES OF COMMON MUSLIMS BUT ONLY DEALS WITH THE LEADERS OF MUSLIMS.THIS HAS LED TO A MASSIVE OUTRAGE AND HATRED FOR AMERICA IN COMMON PEOPLE OF MUSLIM WORLD.EVEN IN PAKISTAN,LEADERS CALL AMERICANS AS CLOSE FRIENDS,WHILE COMMON PEOPLE CONSIDER THEM AS WORST ENEMIES.THEREFORE,IF OBAMA WANTS TO BUILT A NEW REALATIONSHIP WITH COMMON PEOPLE OF MUSLIM WORLD,HE HAS TO CHANGE HIS POLICIES TO MUSLIM WORLD.THE OUTSTANDING ISSUES OF KASHMIR,PALESTINE,AFGHANISTAN,IRAQ SHOULD BE SOLVED BY HIM AS A MATTER OF URGENCY.SIMILARLY,AMERICA SHOULD NOT BACK ISRAEL IN ALL INJUSTICES THEY ARE DOING TO INNOCENT PALESTINIAN PEOPLE.IT IS ONLY THEN AMERICAN IMAGE IN MUSLIM WORLD WILL CHANGE.

Who said Obama has changed stance towards muslim world. During his visit To Israel,(when war between Israel and Hamas was continued), In his speech there he favours the israel's attack on Phalestine and said
If any one attacks my house where my two daughters and my family resides, i m going to do everything to save my house. (Words may b different but meaning was this)..

This is real US policy towards muslim world.
Regarding his speech in Saudia, i would say that, What the use of using the Quranic Ayat in his speech??? His father was muslim, he is christine. If he likes Islam so much then first of all he should decide, what he is. A muslim Or a christine. He recites Quranic Ayat in his speech, and he says himself a Christine. This Dual behaviour is common in American Policy.

So don't go after the Words of Obama. i don't believe his speech is extraordinary or something like that as many persons say... Obama is just President of America, He is not a Policy maker of America. and america is run by its Policy making institute not by any individual( like in Pakistan).

Default obama's speech

any how , he is much much better then the earlier president. We should learn to appreciate, that despite being a non-Muslim, he quoted the holy Koran , which shows his intellect and approach towards interfaith dialogue. Which is the need of the hour.thanks

Pharm,I think u r right that obama is having dual faiths.Yet he is a new king of this unipolar world, thus, importance of quoting Quranic verses by him, sends a positive signal to EUROPE AND America, where good number of muslims live and who r looked upon as extremists and fanatics.similarly we should not forget views of Bush, who never said any good word for muslims.the stance of obama is different from Bush towards muslim world. This change in stance is positive 4 muslims in the world of diplomacy, thus we being civil services aspirants should welcome it as a positive step.As for his dual faith is concerned,I think this is his personel matter.I think muslim world should take Obama positively vis-a-vis Bush and his Christan views

Default Obama,s speech!!

Salams, as everyone knows obama,s current speech was certainly diffrent from previous notions by men at the same position. He very cleverly and clearly discusd previous u.s approach towards the muslim issues.. Iraq, iran, afghanistan and palestine were adresd carefuly and his comitment to ensuring justice regardng these issues was spilling out of his words BUT what the muslims did after that?? Muslim nations have their own ego btw them.. I think they should have immediately called OIC meeting to stage their new stance over the US policy. OIC cud have cum wth a declaration that the views of obama are welcomd by the muslim states bt we wil form a comittee whch wud see the meaningful actions in the li8 of obama,s statements and we protest that the issue of kashmir was left untouchd whch can affect the world,s war on terror in the advent of a war btw pakistan and india.. So the muslim nations just got consentd over the addres and lived happily ever afterp

Default Obama' s speech:

Obama's speech at cairo university is undoubtedly of paramount imporance, because it is the first step of any USA president to to bridge the gap between Muslim world and USA. change in the American policy in the middle east should have been the core issue of obama' speech but it did not seem so. above all it is positive step, and we as muslims should welcome this message.

We've heard the rhetoric. Now we want to see it backed by some action. We're waiting, Mr. Obama.

Default Game of Power

although what happen behind the closed doors is very different than what leaders say in public and media speechs but the speech clearly shows a change in strategy "when you can not win a fight with a man, make him your friend".

american economy is under heavy pressure and it can not bear the burden of
war on terror america is in need of friends with rich resources.

if there economy fell down there military power would be sold at the rate of scrap.and that can be an end of capitalism.
and there are chances that the world would be moving in the middle of socialism and capitalism.

To remain in power america need friends and it is the most important and urgent, muslim world is not in position to rule the world atleast for this century, but there are other players RUSSIA & CHINA if muslim world puts its weight behind any of these there can be a significant change in power equation.

so dear its a game of power.

Default Same Old Lies

On his visit to cairo, while addressing muslim world, Mr. Barrack Obama said " we want new beginning between U.S and and Muslims" and said together they can confront violent extremism across the globe and advance the time less search for peace in middle east. He aslo said that we want peace with all muslims - indirectly acknowledging that previously they were at war. He urged Hamas to recognise israel's right of existence. But what he forgot is, that it is not Hamas but israelis who have violated human laws (of war and peace) by bombing densly packed areas with cluster and laser guided bombs. It was israel who attacked arab states in 1967 and it was called a "pre-emptive" strike. It is not Hamas (or more simply muslims) but Isrealis who are in possession of Golan heights and Gaza - annexed from Syria and egypt in 1967 war - and is still reluctant to give back the captured land according to norms of war which in turn has turned the whole region upsdie down. It is terrorism when Hamas fires few rockets into israel who made them homeless but it is not when israelis brutally massacres palestenians and lebanese in Sabra and Shatila camps in 1982. It is sheer terrorism when iran shows no sign of subservience to U.S on its nuclear issue and it is not when israeli P.M Benjamin Netanyahu unequivocally refuses to stop construction of more settlements and winding up of the existing (Obama asked Netanyahu in may to stop settlements). Muslims are terrorists whenever they raise weapons for their rights but when an israeli terrorist (Yigal Amir) assassinated Yitzhak Rabin he was called a "right-wing" activist. Whenever they (westerners) write any thing about muslims they especially mention and emphasize it as "Sunni Muslim" "a Shiite muslim" "a Barelvi muslim" but we never call them a "cathloic christian" or "protestant christian" or "maronite christian". Pakistan is criticised that it doesn't let an "infidel" to be its head of state (pakistani constitution only mentions that a muslim to be the head of govt and sate but it is nowhere mentioned that he must be a sunni or shia) while they do not condemn Britain where the head of state has to be a "protestant".
U.S orders Pakistan not to interfere in Afghanistan! Who is interfering in afghanistan, we who have benn living in this region since immemorial times or U.S who has just invaded Afghanistan? Whose interests are more sacred in Afghnistan, ours or U.S'?
One day they say we respect pakistan as a sovereign state, other day they invade our territory and kill our citizens. U.S officails say we want democracy in pakistan but they have always supported dictators. Every now and then they show their "deep concern" about our nuclear assets but how israel filled its nuclear arsenal doesn't attract any attention or in simple words it is to be supressed if some one tries to investigate into it.
Remember these (u.s and their allies) are the same old liars with same old lies, and they will never show any mercy towards palestenians, pakistanis, iranis, iraqis and afghanis. They (u.s and their allies) have the same old formula of "divide and rule" and they want to reshape the existing borders of muslim states. Infact they want to disintegrate larger and stronger states into smaller and weaker ones so they can impose their hegemony.
As far as Obama is concerned he may be sincere but he, alone can't make a change. The whole western mindset is against our ideology and opposed to our way of thinking so Obama can't derail U.S from pursuing its goals. Obama is just a representative of state, unable to change U.S policy.

This issue of islam and west needs discussion, study and time. This issue need a voluminous book to be discussed thoroughly. I have started writing quite recently, if there is any mistake, pardon for that.

Remember United we stand divided we fall

Bush was and Obama is the president of America and they r diffrent in no way 4m one another. The people in the world celebrated the victory of of Obama in presidential election and they thought that the new administrartion would change the world and would try to remove the qualms of the world and make the earth better place 2 live. But the people forget that the United state is run by institutions and not by individual and the institutions are build on strong basis and can not be changed by a single person. The president of America carries the face of America and the real strength inlies in CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY(CIA) taht run America.
Obama is not different and better than Bush because it is only a change in face.
