There are rumours that after CE 2010, the minimum qualification requirement will be 16 years of education. Is there any confirmation on this?
As far as FPSC is concerned, if this would be the case there would have been an announcement some 2-3 years before the application of such scheme. Please see the link below: http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default...7-5-2009_pg7_3 Could anyone here please comment on the above issue? Thanks

Yes dear there are lot of rumors. Don't know how much of this is true.
I totally agree with Omer, if this is the case, announcement would have been made 2-3 years before.

Well friends although i couldnt go to fpsc office. but i called there.
and the concerning operator told that its not yet been decided fully. till now the policy of 2011 remains the same as was for previous years. however it may change but less chances of any change. and he told that no doubt there are suggestion for that but till now they are just suggestion and nothing is finalised. the number is 9205075 i dialled the number from islamabad so didnt need any city code. but may be from other cities u need it. but first try the number as it is given as its fpsc's exchange number. May Allah shower all his blessings on us all in this world and here after. Last edited by Artemis; Saturday, January 02, 2010 at 12:46 PM. |

What about the 16-years edu rumour ?
Assalam O Alaikum
What about the 16-years edu rumour ? Is it really gonna implement from 2011 ? I'm just a graduate, so can somebody tell me some authentic info about this, because this will make me decide whether to keep preparing for CE 2011 or wait for 2 more years. Thankyou

Assalam O Alaikum...
I have visited the forum today after a long time. I had my first attempt in 2009 but couldn't qualify. I was partly disappointed and partly forbaided by my father to appear in 2010 for my second attempt. Anyways, I heard that in 2011 the rules are going to change. Minimum 16 years education will be required by FPSC. I want to ask my seniors that is it true?? because m just a graduate (14 years education). And also that the age will be relaxed upto 30 or 33 m not sure abt it. It's a humble request to plz guide me in this regard. Thanks.

Yes there are rumors n suggestions abouts this but nothing is confirmed and finalized. The suggestions are that from 2011 minimum education requirement will be 16 year education and hence there may also be some age relaxation but its not confirmed.
