police is power no doubt but if im nt wrong there r rare promotions in police as compare to DMG.correct me if im wrong!!!

You are right.
I have not ever heared about any sindhi Inspector General,though many psp officers,hailing from sindhi are in the waiting list for their promotion.whereas,U can see young add,sectrys belong to dmg have been promoted very early as compared to psp group.

For instance,
Aziz Uquaili joined joined Dmg in 1992 and now he is in 20 or 21 grade officer,while Sanaullah Abbasi joined psp in 1988 and he is still Dig.

DMG is actually what called bureaucracy!!!!!!!
now it is turn for DMG.

all depends on merit....so dont u all try 2 be tpo scorers!!!! cz Fpsc has still got the right to deliver results itself not by our hopes n guesses.....cm on jz play with buks.....

Dear, DIG Sanaullah Abbasi is also in grade 20 (I don't know that he belongs to which CTP batch). But, he must have got some rapid promotions owing to his outstanding integrity & impartiality.

There is something behind the throne greater than the king himself.

That's been a nice discussion about who gets power and who losses it. I haven't come across any threads about anyone seeking to know the responsibilities of either psp or dmg. I wonder if any of you are mindful of the Quaid-e-Azam's advice to civil servants. I love this man not because of the fact that he got us free, instead he was the man of his words; always believed in honesty, hard work and strong sense of responsibility. He was the man of impeccable character, you can easily get a hindsight after reading Mr. Jaswant Singh's blueprint on the Quaid. C'mon guyz have sense of responsibility. Think of this beleaguered country after all she gives you shelter buddy. Wake up. Don't be power thirst as someone eagerly wants all ends power be with psp and others with dmg. Get rid of this psyche man. Pakistan had had enough the result of which i think we're all facing today. No offense intended.

He Joined in 1988 where as the dmg officer whom i mentioned in my previous post joined in 1992,there is four years difference.
