1)akbar bughti is honoured as "shaheed".

2)for the 1st time,the core deprivation of blouch has been acknowledged

3)many clauses discussing core aspects have been penned.

----but, inorder to make it workable ,the following steps should be taken;

A]the pace of standing committees of parliament (as are made responsible for implementation by ahbp) should be checked by the monthly or 6-monthly
sessions of the parliament.

B]targets should be set on monthly or six monthly bases for each clause of each portion of the package.


C]special words of praise should be awarded by a special 10 minutes time in the parliament for those members who worked hard for the implementation.

D] for each catagory,technocrats should be appointed to assist the honourable members of NA.like:
____for defence:two retd.general or top ranked
officers.
____for economic matters:two senior and neutral
experts
____two businessmen from blauchistan for
commercial affairs
____for education:a panel of educanists from all

I]all developments per month or per 6-months in form of charts and data should be made public.

J]peace should be restored in blauchistan inorder to implement the plans on ground. without peace,who can guarantee the developments?

K]follow the steps by iranian govt. in irani blauchistan;
greeting the peaceful and hanging the rebellious pro-cia insurgents.

L] check out the extent of success and failures in irani blauchistan through govt. measures.
