Is Israel behind the assassination of top militant leader of palestine
As UAE said those agents use 26 countries's nationals passports as a fraud.so what will be the reaction of those countries towards Israel including those who claim Israel as a good friend like Ireland and Australia whome passports have been used in the killing scam.

Certainly Mossad has killed Mahmoud Al Mabouh. And this is not the new tactic. Mossad has frequently used the forged documents and disguised identities. Same method was employed in failed assassination attempt of Khalid Mashal in 1997. Well, many countries have called on israeli ambassadors for explanation like UK(whose 11 citizens were involved) and France. But at the end Moassad will get away with this bacuase there are no concrete evidences yet.
There is pressure from Dubai to act against Mossad as tourism is the lifeline of Dubai's economy.

Mossad's professionalism is inspiring. Their tactics and executions are like Hollywood thrillers. However, this time they needlessly took so much pain for what appeared to be an easy task.
And yea its an open secret that Israel is behind the assignation. But Hamas have also pointed fingers on Fatah's leadership. Unity of Palestinians is indeed conspicuous by its absence. regards, floydian

Hamas has always aspired to peace and unity with Fatah. It was the Fatah(backed by Americans, Israelis and egyptians) which fell apart after unity govt was formed under the pressure of Saudi Arabia. The clear majority win of Hamas in 2006 elections was not recongnised by Americans. And non-recognition of Hamas as a major player in conflict is the problem towards the resolution of the conflict. Unity is not possible among the two factions in forseeable future. As Fatah is considered a moderate group which can come on the table, while Hamas is thought to be an extremist and non-compromising group(supported by Iran and Syria).
The proxy wars will go on........................

agreed...but i heard that Mehmood abbas is planning not to contest elections for another term given the stubborness of israel in not stopping settlements n world's baised approach towards thier cause.isn't there any hope that w/ the change in leadership there can be a change of stance of Fatah towards Hamas?pro westren elements(that are widenning gap b/w Fatah n Hamas)are more active, perhaps it is the Muslim faction w/h need to enhance its vigil n efforts to eliminate those gaos.financial aid, moral support these are some of the prevelidges that Muslim world can offer.....

We can only gain leverage and make Israel toe our line if we make Israel depend on Muslims. That can be done by recognizing Israel and opening up diplomatic and trade relations with it . cheers, floydian

b- Israel does have stakes, very very serious stakes but the point is islael has US in its flank... c- come on!remember US is in real sense dependent on Muslim worlds for most of its energy resources?the problem lies in Muslims' disunity that the world exploites.they widen our gaps n deepen our differences.n the second problem is lack of vigilance on part of muslim world.they are not pursuing Jihad(pls take it in its broadest meanings).they are sleepng.they are not following His commands when He said"AGAINST THEM MAKE READY YOURSELF"(again take in the broader sence) warm regards

But how do we get ready when the entire Muslim world doesn't have even one world class university or research centre ? Where is the Jihad for elimination of poverty, seeking knowledge and self-purification, handwork, struggle and striving to follow the right and just path ? Unfortunately, religion today for us is ; do's and don'ts, erecting mosques at every kilometer, raising emotional slogans, labeling others as heretics n kafirs, taking out needless religious processions and wasting time on talking/reading and thinking about conspiracy theories. Our situation is terribly terrible. So let Hamas enjoy Gaza, Fatah the West Bank and Israel the Jerusalem. regards, floydian

Completely agreed with Floydian.
Our leaders blame external sources for their inability to meet the expectations. Few muslim countries are there which are democratic and people-oriented in real terms. We blame others for all of our incompetencies. Unfortunately, we are indoctrinated in that way. Our leaders need scapegoats for all of their failures and here Western world suits the more. The reality is different. If we uphold the democratic norms and develop a sense of responsibility, on one can come in our way. There are alot of exapmles in modern world. Look how China has emerged, India is emerging. We need learn from these examples. @Floydian I disagree with u on the point that we should develop relations with Israel. Firstly, Muslim world is not economically that much sound that we may expect dependence of israel. Secondly, Israel may use it as an excuse that its nefarious designs dont irk muslims anymore. Thirdly, given the credility of leadership of muslim world, we should not cherish the foriegn policy which is against the public opinion.
