Supreme tuo Allah hey.

And then Awam.

Awam is represented by Elected members but not by selected members.

Elected members collectively form an institution which call Parliament.

Hence after Allah, Parliament is supreme.

Aoa friendz,
A few friendz r advocating tht judiciary should be supreme. let me ask one question to them.Who wil check those 17n judges n on which ground they wil be accountable n to whom? Dont regard them as prophets or super human beings. There must be a system of check n balance on each n every segment of society. No doubt Cj enjoyes excellent reputation in our country, but stil a long way to go. My vote goes to parliament

Aoa,

@Law maker

Judiciary works under the commands laid by ALLAH in the Shape of QURAN and SUNNAH.and indeed they are trustees and accountable before Allah and His people.

Regards,

Arrow Question of Supremacy

There are two parts of the question: Who is supreme and who should be?

Who is supreme?

In the current scenario, all five listed above and army want to be supreme but who is supreme can easily be judged by two factors;
Remember the day when the notification of president about appointing Judges was dismissed by judiciary within two hours of its life.
Secondly, everyone of us knows very well who lead the delegation to the US in real sense and who was received with red carpets? Yes the Army Man - COAS

So at the moment two are supreme in Pakistan - Army and Judiciary

Who should be supreme?

The situation which could be ideal (I think) in Pakistan in terms of supremacy is when all listed above are supreme. That means the supremacy of the constitution. All other factors - judiciary, parliament, people, media and army - are who have to make the constitution supreme which will lead to their own supremacy. If each of above work 100% according to the constitution there will be a prosperous Pakistan on the other side of the tunnel. The constitution is made by the parliament - elected representatives of the people of Pakistan. However it should be kept in mind how the elected members act on the issues of common man! A TRAGEDY

So the constitution should be supreme which will enable the parliament to be supreme but within some limits and will bring some checks and balances on the members (Constitutional articles about the qualification and disqualification of members of the parliament should be kept in mind) . This all others should work under its umberalla.

Only Allah is Supreme and He is going to bring justice to this nation.
parliamentarians are like guests waiting to leave this country after this building and its residents turn against them. they have nothing here,their families and their assets are all abroad

constitution : poverty driven society damn cares about constitution

judiciary: too late

people: roaring and getting ready.already on road

media : tamasha dekhne or dekhaney waley cash krege or chale jayegy. most of the anchors ,journalist that come on tv or newspaper have assets abroad ,tey will also leave
