As for as judicial activism in Pakistan is concerned, let me put my opinion, that it is due to the excessive and sore minded behavioral approach of executive and politicians which compelled the judiciary to fly in the face of so called politicians.Had the judges reinstated by the government at earliest, these problems may not have become invincible.Gumptions taken by judiciary have produced a mixture of opinions;to some extent these have commanded a respect of society, and on other hand,it has earned resentment of those who have some roots behind the wall.I am not making any case by cudgeling on behalf of judiciary, but i think judiciary is making headway towards general improvement of the society.Government should have implemented the orders issued by the apex court on host of matters in letter and spirit, in-spite of showing no response and sometimes casting in the teeth of judiciary. Government had better write letters to suis government as regards the pending matters. It should set up a new example while making its devoted efforts, without shrouding and protecting big guns.It is an established fact that ppp has some devoted and sincere workers which rely on its die hard supporters, but on the contrary it has some disguised, self seeking and shifty members, who have self indulgent motives and developing their mood to cross swords with judiciary for getting themselves protected and destroying the whole nation, who is being excruciated under the self generated social, psychological, internal and external problems.
