Constitutionalism
In principle it is not a good idea to mix law with politics. The two are hard enough to keep separate as it is, without imposing on the judiciary the extra burden of meeting public expectations. The inherently intrusive and sensationalist nature of modern media makes it all the more important that it be kept firmly at arm's length
The actions of our reborn and newly independent higher judiciary continue to be the focus of media and public attention. New heights were scaled in the latest episode of last week — in the great ‘denotification’ mystery — and the consequent amazing, baffling, and wholly unnecessary overreaction of the Supreme Court (SC). Is this sort of prolonged and intense public debate, speculation and skirmishing a worthwhile exercise? |

Constitutionalism
off course both are hard enough to b kept separate. but both are interlinked with each other and you cannot create water tight compartments.

Constitution - having some piece of lines, had never changed our lives. It couldn't protect the judiciary. It was molted always as per the requirments. The same sort of need horned the people and they fought. The same people results in chaos and are responsible for panic. The same will be questioning to each other and the same will be protecting. When ever one will get a chance will try to over come other. Same will be writing here and same will be answering.
