Default Is It Right To Follow the People who Pass CSS Freshly?
my dear friend i want to discuss that what do you think that is it right to follow the instrucitons of a newly passed CSS candidates, especially those who only passed written portion and start to teach others?

Is it good for the future of CSS Aspirant?

according to my point of view, it is not good way to follow a Fresher.

We should have to follow only experience persons.....

You dont think so that one reason behind the massive failure is these Fresher who start to teach in academies after passing only written portion.
later when final result will announce, than most of these fresher are not allocated or allocated to very low department..

Just give your views...

I have worked on this n have interviewed many of the ppl who passed css written. u will listen atleast 80 different opinions from 100 passed written css'ors. so listen everyone and critically analyze all opinions as per your intellectual abilities. Make your own way and present your own skills and ideas with logic and reasoning.

But fresh css`ors can also guide sufficiently as they have use to fresh knowlegde and their memory use to much sharp than olders...

my dear it is true that they has the experience but it is also fact that they dont have sufficient experience to guide CSS aspirants. That memory might be helpful for him/her only but it will be nothing for others.

yes, if u want to take suggestions, analysis and experiences then it is okay. In my point of u, "SUNO SAB KI PER KARO APNI"

Bro! These valuable suggestion, experiences will give u alot, because u would have so many ideas for analysis becoz these are present experiences, but plz do think on my quoted point.

I have two perceptions...

1). Its fair to follow freshser's adivce.
2). Its also important to get seniors opinion.

And than in the light of above make analysis of your own abilities &
thus make your own way so that in future others can use the same formula in the elight of your achievments.

what about the fresher who started to teach in the academies... and also some fresher teach the most technical subject just like english or any other compulsory subject......

What do you thing they are spoiling the future of so many innocent candidates?

at least, technical subjects should be treated in different way and by the most seniors people...

and

@Fnoor...

you are right brother, but most of us dnt have so much sense to understand that this is the golden chances and they should have to deal it with some different way rather than following the persons who himself dont know his result.........
