when army is ruling the country since independence n there is hide n seek b/w them and democracy then why not to give them constitutional role? roz roz ke military coup se nijat mil jaegi aur economy strong hogi, n there will be continuation in policies

the powers of Army are undetermined and unlimited(relating to ISI).giving a constitutional role the parliament would be able to bring it under the civilian law and civilian control would be strengthened
