Dear members I am starting this thread to solicit positive criticism on the the newly announced Aghaz-E-Huqooq-E-Balochistan package. No doubt this package is an excellent step towards normalizing the Balochistan sitaution. We must appreciate this step. At the same time a positive criticism is meant for improvements. Hence I appeal you to remain logical while criticizing this package and criticism should be meant for improvement not for condemnation.

i m Just wondering how the federal govt will produce 10000 jobs for the graduates n masters of balochistan as the govt intends to quickly setoff the employment qouta of balochistan anyone plz ..........?

Job creation is not an uphill task when you have unlimited resources in untapped condition. Utilize economies of scale, and for optimum utilization of ideal capacity of plants you need human resource. Let them bring in the main stream and make them economic agents. Empower them financially, they will empower you economically, politically and socially. Deprive them financially, they will compel you to reach on the verge of collapse in terms of worst political crises, worst law and order situation, worst social disorder, and economic doldrums.

The package is a political bribe. It will not solve any problem because it can hardly be implemented. One shud not expect much from this toothless govt.

Naughty, bribe is when you give any body over and above his right. When you give right to anybody it is not named as bribe.

My dear i said POLITICAL BRIBE. Balochistan is being governed as a conqurered province for most of its post-partition history now such antics like packages are not addressing the genuine concerns of the people.

I don't have objection over the current package that is why I have not worked on the suggestions. You might have some valuable suggestions that is why you don't see this package worth addressing the concerns of people. Shed some light on these areas which need to be considered besides this package. Waiting for your suggestions dear.

There are lots of ifs and buts in the package which should be minimized. Conditional package might turn into futile exercise.
