1.outcome for PAKISTAN

it is by all means a favourable outcome for PAKISTAN..as now according to the news isi has rached some sort of deal with cia and according to that deal cia will take away all its spies from PAK and plus in future americans have to get approval from isi before coming to PAK.americans would restrict their movements in PAK.now PAK can assert a better control on americans in PAK because of this deal..which was a matter o huge concern for all of us.our relations with U.S would be normal again.

americans have been claiming immunity from the very first day infact so much so that their president and foreign minister asked for it..we didnt gave it to them..we stoodby to iur stand..the matter is solved in the courts strictly in accordance with the law.izzat bach gai aur kia chahiye?

the money which was provided to the family of the deceased was given from a fund in PAK.we didnt took it from americans..helary clintonz statement about this is on the record.hum na apnay murdon ko americans k agey ni becha as is said by someone..gherat bach gai aur kia chahiye?

first of all i would like to draw ur kind attention towards the DIYAT. diyat can only be payable if accused confess that he committed the murder. in case of raymond davis he didnt confess. does diyat attract in such a case?
secondly the concept of FISAD FIL ARZ is totally neglected in this context.
the provisions of PPC is not clearly attracted. he should have charged with the SPYING. it was an act against state. all the machienery remain duff and dumb on that core issue. executive judiciary and agencies didnt play their fair role. it shows the total lapse of our judicial as well as executive system.

They atleast openly were begging for American supermacy and asking for RAYMOND'S IMMUNITY by clarifying their position that they will do any effort to free Davis buT PML N seriously damaged its name by playing great game, 1st they captured him for time being to make votes that we are concerned with lives of Pakistanis. Then kept on dealing with courts to linger on issue so that the temperature may fall with time and then ultimately they made a deal with USA to make him free and the very end they managed to escape from giving aways statements by hiding in london in disguise of Heart treatement. Wah i really am deeply heart by morality of Our political representatives in the Govts. Now few bunch of people who had little trust on PML N would difnitely throw rotten eggs on them.
I know, now he is out of country and there is nothing we can do against Raymond DAVis. but we can atleast punish these merchants who have captured our lives and who enjoy trading in Dollars at the cost of our blood.

I think even if Raymond Davis had murdered Bilawal bhutto and Hamza Shahbaz. Even ten both Zardari sb and Shahbaz sharif may have made deals on their cost. the minutest level of dignity they never had in themselves.
