Default Ahmed Rashid in GPS

According to Farid Zakaria "In Pakistan right now, the moderates are in retreat and the fundamentalists are on a roll. This dynamic could get worse and worse. "

He interviewed Ahmed Rashid who is veteran journalist . Watch the interview from this link :

Mr Zakaria is as usual worried that "can Pakistani Army and nuclear warheads can be taken b extremists" .

Fareed Zakaria is a 2nd generation Indian-American with highly rightist tendencies. He has a very obvious and understandable anti-Pakistan stance that has served him well over the years.

Ahmed Rashid is a Baloch separatist who has fought for the province's secession from Pakistan in his heydays and today is a fierce proponent of the same. Apart from the fact that the Western media likes inviting him over for tea time and again, he has very little to his credit in terms of quality of literature or originality of content so to speak. Its pure propoganda.
