During the lawyers movement for the restoration of judiciary it was promised by the lawyers community that after the restoration of deposed judges cheaper and swift justice would be ensured to the masses. But that has not been the case. Cases are still pending before the courts and people are knocking the doors of the courts to get their petitions heard. As far as cheaper justice is concerned, that has proved to be a pipe dream. Justice seems to be out of the reach of common citizen. A person who can hardly make both ends meet cannot even think about paying the heavy fees of lawyers. Its time to ponder for our society in general and government in particular.

by saying that we can not overlook the activation of our judiciary. Due to it we saw a number of reformations in our society of which the major remained dislodging of a dictator.

You have problem with the whole system and it is not going to be reformed in wink of an eye.
You have a conflicting executive on your way to judicial independence.
and more importantly the rife of corruption is not a forbidden fruit for lawyers alone ?
they are also part of the game.. indulged government servants... how can we take away this firmly practiced custom in seconds ???
surely it will take the time.
we have got the support of influential media.. we can exercise the power of our vote and we can keep the nation building process on a forwarding pace.. we will not let the mongers of power politics interfere our task for further now..
we have began becoming aware of our rights and power....

all we need to do is to have patience with hight spirits...
