As far as i think both parties will stop and never cross the Red line.U.S may have some reservations but they can't afford a war with a nuclear boy.we have 90-120 warheads..koi mazaq nahi hota bhai..they can't even defeat talibans.there is no way they will wage war against the 7th biggest army who always have one hand at the nuclear switch.After 10 years she is now looking for a scapegoat.Her economy is crippled,she can't afford another war.This is one of the obama administration stunt.They might want surgical strikes but after strong reaction from our military they will think otherwise.If somehow these bufoons try something like that,it will be WWIII..I maybe exaggerating some facts but in case of U.S intervention

1:India will become their ally along with Israel
2: China,Iran,Turkey,Saudi Arabia and Egypt will be on our side
3:Israel will be doomed because middle-east countries will settle their score with israel if she try any attack on nuclear installations like that in libya

The above statements are applied in case if a we go on all out war against U.S..but as i mentioned earlier..it will settle down before crossing the red line
