According to the present press briefing by military officials it is now crystal clear that attack on PAKISTANI check post was deliberate.the responsiblity is put on american general Ellen.

As was my expectation that this attack was from america under the cover of NATO.the focus of criticism form PAK military officials is on america instead of NATO.

what did the america wanted out of this attack?

The purpose of those check posts was to check the cross border movement.Did america attacked those check posts to provide taliban a safe entry into PAK?

Did america wanted to provoke PAK with the help of this attack to response through its air defence mechanism so that a bigger adventure could take place?

Pakistan can't afford war with America and we have to keep this thing in our minds. in fact our double game with America is back firing and all these cross borders attacks etc are the result of lack of trust between both strategic partners. only diplomacy can win this war, whoever is thinking that he can win this war through arms he is living in fool's paradise.

This has proved that the NATO attack was deliberate and planned. It was obviously meant to provoke something. What do the US-NATO actually meant by this attack and what is afterall their end game, yet remains to been seen...

If Pakistan can't afford war with America than America also doesn't want an open war with Pakistan. They just want to get benefit from our precarious political situation. That's why they are doing such kind of inanities deliberately with Pakistan army. One thought of Intelligentsia is that American Apache helicopter did this act for launching the TTP militant inside the border area of Pakistan.
But it is 100% sure that is was totally preplanned.

Another important point raised in the press briefing was that why PAK airforce didnt responded to the air violation by the NATO.what are the standard operating procedures in this regard.

In response it was told that PAK is not cabable to tackle the superior technology of NATO in air warfare and this is why NATO was not responded.


A response in the form of an air attack would had escalated the intensity of the situation.In my view it was a prudent approach,for the time being.

Attack was not the result of misunderstanding and was deliberate.Following points advocate my stance
1.Standard operating procedures were not followed by NATO.

2.reference positions were already provided to the NATO.

3.Despite being informed by PAK authorities the action from NATO against PAK continued.

4.the place of action was clear from terrorists so there was no reason of conducting an operation at that place.

Most analysts now believe the attack was indeed deliberate. Evidence has already been discussed regarding SOP neglect, the protracted duration of shelling, and the contradictory statements coming from NATO/US military and government quarters.

US obviously did this to provide excuse to Pakistan for a war-like situation. Reason being, that the only way to respond to such incursion is the use of our airforce. But cost-benefit analysis of a potential Pak-US airforce clash would always result in superiority of the US airforce. Hence this also answers those who keep ridiculing our airforce's inability to respond adequately. Had the PAF done so, US would have got an obvious excuse.

US does want to extend its war to Pakistan now. This is because US military doctrine and its ensuing calculations says that its forces can deal with NO MORE THAN 2 WARS at one time. Its wrapped up in Iraq. Its also interested in lowering down its stake in A-tan. And now its Pak's turn. They will come for us. The only problem is-they will not survive a joint Af-pak offensive and it is here that all their calculations will go wrong. We may be technologically inferior to US. But whoever says there arent other ways to undermine US. For example, guerilla warfare. This is what happened in Vietnam, Korea and Afghanistan. Militarily, you cant beat guerilla warfare or measures taken under asymmetric warfare. Pak has the advantage that its military isnt exactly fragile and so that will also engage US incursion. And guerilla 'tribesmen' fighters can simultaneously also wreck havoc for US soldiers.

Another view which i read somewhere was..

U.S was trying from very long to convince PAKISTAN army to divert its attention towards western border instead of Eastern.And the net result of mohmand ageny event is that now PAKISTAN is redeploying and increasing the number its troops along the western border.So U.S has got what it was looking for.

PAKISTAN should show some muscle to U.S,like what IRAN did by bringing down the drone, despite being inferior in technology.There are many options available to us for tackling U.S..A war is no doubt highly unlikely but then again Americaz madness should never be undermined.

If the flag holdrz of democracy are dubious from their stratgc relationz with pakistan and not relivd with its co-operation in their war against terrorzm, then pak shld difntly break ths frgil rope of relationz. Why they are extendng their war in whch they faced a great loss, to our homeland.? We already faced so many crisis due to situation made by them.
And thank God that pak's govt and militry atleast undstand and take notice that US also delebratly harming pakstan.

The United States cannot afford to start a war against Pakistan. A war against Pakistan would give Russia and Iran an excuse to counter the US influence in the region. Uncle Sam cannot fight in so many fronts.

Open war at present time with US will not only divide the remaining Pakistan but will create another example of Afghanistan in this region. But it appears China will resist for Pakistan against US in case any emergency situation appears. May peace be surviving between us & 'US'.
