Angry Impostion of Local Government System.Who is the real Hurdle?
There is a lot of debate going around about the restoration of Local Government system and unfortunately but very typically its becoming the new "Political TRICK" between the parties and provinces.
what i want to ask is that who is the real hurdle in the restoration of this System?political leadership who is unwilling o relinquish power to the Grass root level or the prestigious DMGs who are too timid and horrified from local people to give them the rightful right to them to do the best for their own self???
