U. N workin group for missing persons, a stigma for pakistan
It is a pity that the UN is intervening into the issue of missing persons. The agencies should stop extra. Judicial and extra constitutional activities.
The Chief of army should take notice of this matter. |

I agree that the agencies should lay off it for a while, but do they have a choice when the court is acquitting terrorists left and right? Just today, Maulana Abdul Aziz (the Lal Masjid guy) and 16 other people were acquitted of the murder of Lance Naik Mubarak Hussain.

Firstly I think that the UN team is here to investigate cases related to foreign nationals it has nothing to do with the missing persons in Balochistan or other areas who are Pakistani nationals ( I might be wrong but this is what I could gather from the news). Secondly our agencies have to indulge in these extra judicial activities because of the loop holes in our justice system. Almost all of the countries around the world affected by terrorism (directly or indirectly) have amended their law books to cater to these special circumstances that the world is in today. But neither our politicians nor our "proactive" judiciary has voiced their concern over this matter.

The Court acquitted Mr. Aziz means there is not enough evidence against him. What do you want? send people to gallows without proper proceedings? isnt it weired of you?

Justice delayed is justice denied
Parliament & judiciary should form committee etc to immediately frame up special provisions in constitution against Terrorism, Extra- Judicial Killings, Missing Persons etc
There are loopholes in our judicial & police investigation procedure resulting in release of criminals ..... no one wants injustice even to criminals or terrorists, every one wants Peace & security
