it has now become common practice of so called munsif iftikhar chodhry to take suo moto on certain issues/matters. recent suo moto of CJ on shahzeb case is just an example of that. what ever heppend with shaheed shahzeb khan is extremly condemnable. but when I heard that CJ is saying that a young boy(shahzeb) was brutally murdered and what the police was doing. ( shahr main aik larka din-dihary qatal hogaya aor police dekhti reh gai).
My purpose to make this thread:
avaragely 10 people daily are being murederd in the streets of karachi. but our cj has no eyes to see this. where as more than 50 people were killed on 12th May 2007( who were going to receive CJ on that day) but cj has no time to take suo moto. seven people were killed on 22nd May 2012 including 2 women but our great munsif has not taken suo moto on that. where as our poor sisters of polio campaign who save our generation from polio were brutally murdered in day lights but our CJ is silent.
but when he saw it is time to take action against a business man, who in order to strenghten economy of pakistan pays regularly taxes of about 200 million to state of pakistan he did not waist his time and immedialtely took suo moto. almost similar he did with chairman of bahriya foundation who also pays millions of rupees as taxes to state of pakistan.
don of racist and terrorist pressure group of karachi has openly used harsh language for entire judiciary but our CJ just issued a court of contempt notice. and I am sure nothing will be heppend to him on 7th January.
last but not least. why media did not make programs on polio girls' murder. if such an incident had taken place in any of our neighbouring country there would have been millions of people on the streets. and media of that country would have been broadcasted hundreds of talk shows/documentries on this issue. leken jesi qoum wesi hukumat aor wese he hukumat k idary. hazrat ali ne kiya khub kaha hai k.
har quom per aik aisa he groh(group) hukumat karta hai
jo k jis k laik hoti hai.

1. Behria foundation owner has not paid taxes. Recent suddle commission has made this public that Son of CJP and Malik both have not paid taxes.
2. CJP took suo moto of Arslan Iftikhar corruption not of Behria foundaton owner corruption. The cases were filed by petitioners in land grabbing case.
3. CJP has given a clear justice " political parties are included in killings, they should control law and order"
The law and order situation is the duty of Government not CJP. If you voted for PPP PMLN and PMLQ and also ANP then wish for more killings not for justice ....

i think we should appreciate CJ for taking suo moto action atleast on certain issues. CJ has taken actions on Balochistan and Karachi issues, but what he can do, whom to arrest for Karachi or Balochistan issue.....army or whole parliament......... people have voted these PPP and PML...now are again willing to vote for PPP and PML......people deserve it....

The law and order situation is the duty of Government not CJP.We cant left every thing on the shoulders of CJP. He is not responsible for all this.. at this time and situation he alone is a True man.

As far as my thinking is concerned, CJP is doing well in almost every issue he is related to but there are some matters behind these issues like corruption of different National Departments of our contry like P.I.A is in a huge financial crisis and nobody even knows that why is it so happening. Another example is of like Sui Gas and Steel Mill of Pakistan in which whatever administration wants,it does. Simple is that If he is taking care of almost every issue then he should also know about some big problems of the country as well.

i think cj doing his job well that is another matter which sou moto he takes people talk against him.the condition of country going down but some brutal forces have some fear of Cj.when state could not handle the matter of people then cj comes forward and take step but govt still unable to make a little change in people's life..

He takes notice of those cases only which are hot in media.

atleast he is the one who has taken notice of it..what abt our govt. police department, provincial govt...what they had done so far...not even the FIR was lodged, what to talk about arrest....so if we can't praise someone atleast do not criticize someone who is doing its job....and if our govt. and departments are diligent in the first place, he won;t have to take notice...

Cj is a person who is doing something for the welfare of the country.at least he is taking action. To solve the problem,we have to take start from one point. So its stupid to ask that why you did not start from other point.
We should appreciate him.
and according to shoaib suddl report malik riaz have a huge amount to be paid as tax

Hats off to CJ.The comparison of performance of judiciary of the past and present is enough to keep the mouths of the critics closed.

No one is perfect.But some are better than the rest.
