Default Do we deserve Kashmir?

Today most Pakistanies are wishing Kashmir as the the part of Pakistan . But on the other hand we are unable to manage Pakistan . We lost east Pakistan in 71 , and Blochistan is burning . Health and education facilities are poor in Pakistan. Power shortage and lack of managment of our energy resourses have damaged pakistan's economy .
The question is whether we deserve kashmir . Most probably kashmires would like to stay with india .

Yes you are right, instead of making it another balochistan we should give independence to Kashmir.

i think neither india nor pakistan deserves kashmir but the kashmiris do. kashmir solidarity rally (today) on mall road lahore holding banners "KASHMIR HAMARA HAI AUR SARAY KA SARA HAI" made me think as to why kashmiris are paying such a huige price for the land belonging to some other people.first things should come first.we should not deny kashmiris their inalienable right of freedom and self determination.

Well this is all what happened in the past and its still running as it is in the face of Balochistan issues. If Pakistan can provide everything properly to Kashmiris then we deserve it else we should let them make their own homeland instead of forcing them to join us or whatever. Secondly Kashmir is not a part of India as it is between Pakistan and India. India is over taking it by illegal acts.

The only reason for which Pakistan initially laid claim on Kashmir was its predominant Muslim population. Today, after 66 years of independence, it can be argued that Pakistan is standing far from becoming a model Islamic state; therefore Pakistan has lost its primary reason to lay claims over Kashmir . Once again if Pakistan becomes an ideal Islamic state which is a model of prosperity and spirituality for the world, not only Pakistan shall regain its primary rhetoric for Kashmir to be its part but majority of Kashmiris themselves would fight to become part of Pakistan . Therefore for the topic "Do we deserve Kashmir?", it depends upon our own progress as an 'Islamic' nation. Unnecessary and baseless insistence would land us no where.

As far as future is concerned, I can bet you present conflict between 'Islamic' and 'Liberal' worlds is going to get more messy. The reasons for why it would be like that are very simple, 'Liberal Democratic' world sees presence of Islam and Islamic ideals of monotheistic belief, morality and nationalism as a hindrance and threat for its international expansionist agenda. Since muslims are very much disintegrated and powerless, they are not offering tough resistance except a few terror groups raising slogans of Jihad here and there. Since Islamic cause itself is on the defensive these days, our 'voice for Kashmiri muslim brethren' falls upon deaf ears and gets no support from any corner. At the moment, 'We don't deserve Kashmir', rather our soul focus should be 'to defend our own selves first from an international assault on our Islamic nationhood' .

Ham logon pe is waqt Kashmir haasil karne se ziada bari zimedaari aa chuki hai, aur woh zimedaari hai dunya pe Islam kee haqiqat ko saabit karna aur haqiqi Islami qanoon ke tahat Allah (SWT) pe yaqin rakhte huey aik mazboot qom ke tor pe dunya ke saamne aana. Hamain dunya pe yeh saabit karna hai ke aik haqiqi qom woh hoti hai jis kaa aapas main roohani rishta mazboot ho, naa ke woh jo kisi 'material interest' kee khaatir aik doosre ke saath miley huey nazar aayen aur har waqt sodabaazi kar ke kaam chalayen.

Default With confession to National Policy

Pakistan is the biological father of Kashmir issue, had Pakistan not interfered through tribal looters backed by GHQ, there was no ground for Kashmir issue. Maharaja had already talked of stand still agreement and India had no intentions to invade Kashmir; according to a famous Kashmiri historian G.M Mir: "Quaid-e-Azam had also agreed to this proposal" (Ref: Kishwar-e-Kashmir ki Pach Hazar Sala Tareekh)
Now saying that what should be the solution; India or Pakistan? None of these two seems to be a logical solution, neither India nor Pakistan would like to handover its "occupied" territories to rival nation. Then we are left with two other options:
1. Division of Kashmir either on current status or with redrawing of lines.
2. Independent Kashmir.

First option can be hunky-dory for both Pakistan and India in addition to China, the grabber of Aksa-i-chin, but this can never be accepted by Kashmiris, there is no ethnic, cultural or religious base for this division this will only be a cake partition for Indo-Pak at a humanitarian cost of division of blood and flesh.

Option 2 is a much ignored solution due to vocal monopoly. Historically Kashmir holds the record of being independent for a much longer duration as compared with any other state in subcontinent. This option literally known as third option has some legal complexities being not included in plebiscite options in UNSC resolutions 47 but its practical implications are much more reasonable and acceptable for all stakeholders. UNSC resolution 47 is under chapter VI and resolutions passed under Chapter VI of UN charter are considered non binding and have no mandatory enforceability as opposed to the resolutions passed under Chapter VII so inclusion of third option can not be a complicated walk through. Independence should assure that interests of both India and Pakistan will remain safe and this is possible by involvement of arbitrators and International organizations. Sustenance of Kashmir will primarily rely on its own resources and strategic and security agreements with India and Pakistan.

Kashirm is a dire need of pakistan as it is having 70% community of muslims their natural affiliations are also with pakistan. The situation of law and order is bad in pakistan because of the wrong foreign policies of our country but it is not an argument which is though full that we left our so much important part on this basis, kashmir is very much important for us, for our survival and prosperity it's having a juglar vein status for us. The major water resources emerg out of kashmir and if it is handed over to India they will surely cutoff our supply of water which will ruin our lands of punjab so in order to secure our future and to follow an optimistic approach we should compel the international community to follow the united nation principles and a reffrendom of the kashmiri community should be accomplished which is an ultimate solution of the deadlock.

Some information i want to share about kashmir Day.
Kashmir Solidarity Day has been observed on 5feb each year since 1990.
Pakistani nation observed this day a protest against Indian control part of Kashmir.
It is a national holiday in Pakistan.
Kashmir Day was first proposed by Qazi Hussain Ahmad of the Jamaat-e-Islami party in Pakistan in 1990.
Pakistan considers Kashmir as the core issue, between India and Pakistan, leading to three wars and devoting a major portion of their national incomes to defense budgets.
World leaders have stressed the need to resolve the Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan to avoid an eventuality that may cause a catastrophe in the region.
Kashmir is the nuclear flash point of South Asia, surrounded by three nuclear powers.
The purpose of kashmir solidarity Day, is to provide sympathetic and political support to the people of occupies kashmir.:-):-P
