Default Bashar Al-Assad's fate

The elections are going to be held at the end of this year in Syria. Assad, whose dynasty ruled for 4 decades in Syria with severe massacres. Civil war has been happening since 2011 killed 130,000 people so far. As far as opposition is concerned, 'Ahmed Jarba' demands the future of Syria without Assad as it has led the country to devastation. What do you think who will come into power in the next elections, Assad or opposition?

I do not think that election can be held in the current circumstances of Syria , Opposition is not protesting they are fighting and have support of Arab countries as well As china and America so both sides have equal powers so no chances of election as no Fight end is seemed.

2nd thing if war is stopped and elections are held then there are a lot of chances of Opposition's victory because now Syria has been divided into two factions
1.Sunni
2.Shia

As compared to Shia 16% , Sunni are in large amount 74% so denoting apparently the victory of opposition leader.

The crisis is not going to stop in the near future. Even if the two parties come to some peace terms in Davis, it is not going to last for long. Also there are rare chances that Assad will be gone in the current circumstances. If the elections are held free and fair, it is likely that Assad will lose.

What if elections will be held and Assad will win? Do we have to see more deadly massacres? Isn't there any chance to pave the way of bloodshed in Syria? Just think once if Assad wins, what will happen then?

what are you saying friend Asad`s victory is very difficult he can just dictate the country and there is no other way to win, yah rigging can cause to win and if he win by rigging then definitely massacre , there will be alot of massacre in Syria as doing right now .

How can we pave the bloodshed ?

1. By dividing Syria into two states for two major factions.
2. By removing the involvement of super powers and other extremist country.
3. By creating settlement between two factions .
4. By UN resolutions .
5. By the people of Syria itself.

The division of Syria on ethnic and sectarian lines is a stark geographical fact and it will soon become a political reality

Dividing Syria into two factions means abolishing Syria's sovereignty. After dividing, settlement wouldn't take place then and western involvement will remain invincible. God bless Syria and its people.

No one is dividing Syria into two factions it is already divided into two factions it is better two divide them as Pakistan was also divided because we had some reservations so division not only resolve the problem of people but make ease the governance as well .

You said after division problems are resolved and governance is easy also but look what happening today in Pakistan people even do not know the meaning of governance. After the 1971's division what we have achieved i think nothing still we are Pathan,Punjabi,Sindhi and Baluchi but not Pakistani. Mostly in civil war like in Syria governments are involved as like Asad wants to save his regime he is not sincere with any one faction.
