Default are we sentimental about Kashmir

Is Kashmir an INTEGRAL part of Pakistan? How? Is the PM interested in handing over Kashmir to India? Why doesn't the Army want that if it is true? What is or what could be the solution to the Kashmir solution?

Oho, controversial discussion.. I know one thing , no Pakistani PM can give Kashmir to India. It would be his political death. Kashmir is an integral part of Pakistan , in the sense that our water resources depend upon Kashmir but I don't think so Kashmiris themselves are now interested to be a part of Pakistan, rather they want a separate homeland, where they can live peacefully. Both India and Pakistan, instead of getting sentimental over Kashmir dispute, should pay heed towards the sentiments of the Kashmiri People.
Regards

some people think that if Kashmir gets independence, then foreign powers (read: USA) might be able to establish bases there. that is something i think no one in Asia would like, probably not even India.

Virtually an integral part but keep the perpetual tag of disputed territory attached and "show" your verbal affirmation of stance: this to me is the official practical policy on Kashmir, no room for further negativity as outcome would be underflow.

It's not only Kashmir we are sentimental about. We are always told that Kashmir is an Integral part of Pakistan. Save Kashmir. Women are raped, they have no rights, they are treated brutally by Indian Army.Al-Jihad.Al-Jihad.etc etc...
It's actually nothing somewhat Qaumi Ghairat.Everybody knows how much Ghairat Mand we are in terms of religion etc.
It's all the game of geo-political situation of Kashmir. The Waters. The Pressure from masses to the Government...Geologically and Geographically Kashmir matters despite of the fact that either Muslims dwell in Kashmir or Hindus.
Irony is that all the people fighting for Kashmir as Mujahid's are either Ehl-e-Hadith and Deobands...Fighting for the Shiitis? The same people who are daily murdered in Pakistan by them on the basis of their sect by the TTP,the SSP.. What an irony that they call Shiitis as Non-Muslims and when the issue of Kashmir comes, they start bellowing that it's our muslim homeland ,muslim brothers etc etc..What you want then? Free the Kashmiri Shiitis and hand them over to SSP?

For your first two questions:
Kashmir is neither the integral part of India nor the jugular vein of Pakistan. Realistically, apart from water, Kashmir means nothing to Pakistan.

Third Question:
No leader in India or Pakistan can can give each other any thing.

Fourth Question:
Nearly half a million Indian troops are present in Kashmir. From the perspective of Pak-Army, It's a blessing in disguise.

Fifth Question:
The best possible solution, in my opinion, that was some what agreed by the leaders of both the countries was President General Pervaiz Musharraf's FOUR POINT FORMULA. The formula has the following points.

1. Softening of borders (LOC).
2. Demilitarization of Kashmir
3. Self governance
4. Joint management of Kashmir by both the states.

Geologically Kashmir is Jugular Vein of Pakistan. It has a very good geo-political situation. If India got Kashmir they will get a very good place geologically both against Pakistan and China. China also have some interests in Kashmir. Kashmir is important but what our common people think about Kashmir is a wrong paradigm. Kashmiri Jihad has always remained a disputed thing and due to it the local Kasmiris have started to think that they must be a separate entity. Jihad has brought no ease to their diseased land. Despite they lost their Businesses and trust of local government in them thus aggravating the situation. If you want to do Jihad then as Shariah says the state must declare it openly and all Jihadist parties must become organized and declare proper war.

As you said No leader would give anything. Yes, it's true because it is a much critical part of land. Nothing could be exchanged. It will remain disputed until the Kashmiris become strong enough and give a good solution to all countries.

Number of troops is not an issue, real problem is the defensive stance of Pakistan. As I said before this part is much critical in this regard.First they will take Azad Kashmir, then Gilgit and finally will meet with Afghanistan. We will cut off from China and China itself will be under threat and India will have an upper hand in south asia. India is an American party.

What Musharraf said was too much aggressive...
Softening of borders means we will give a way to indian agencies and smuggling will start . Despite of tough LOC still Pak Mujahideens easily enter the valley what will happen if the borders got softened?
De-Militarization of Kashmir? Even an 8th Grade child can give this point. This clause is not the solution. This is the problem. All solutions are given to India always to convince her that Why they should take away their soldiers?
Self Governance..Again it's not a new point. It is as old as the history of Kashmir. Majority of Kashmiris still want to become part of Pakistan, like Azad Kashmir.
Self Governance with both the state in charge? What is this? Whatsoever this point is...India is never going to accept this because they know if this happened, all the odds will be in favour of Pakistan...

So what is the solution of Kashmir??
I will Quote a Movie dialogue here
"For Glory sake, For Vengeance sake.....WAARRR"
