Default Should the number of attempts for CSS be increased?

In my opinion they should be increased from 3 to 5.In India, the UPSC has increased the number of attempts from 4 to 6 along with increasing the upper age limit from 30 to 32.

I dont agree with the idea of increase in max age limit and number of chances because if someone is unable to pass in three chances and within the prescribed age limit, he is not capable of being a csp.
We are not bound to follow india or other countries regarding rules.

In my opinion if someone is so unlucky to fail 3 times inspite of caliber to be required than he should give up and accept the reality that Allah has plan different for him.

According to my point of view three chances are enough because after passing of CSS, one has to complete CTP (Common training Program) and then STP (Special training program). CTP is so tough that many candidates after passing CSS fail in CTP. So if someone cannot pass CSS then most probability is that he would also fail in CTP and 28 age limit is enough because its a test of youngsters not for those who firstly waste their precious time in other tasks and then think to give competitive exam.

I think three chances are enough for the CSS exam, because it has drawbacks.

MORE chances will water the lack of seriousness in taking the exam/

Image of the this presitgious exam will not be the same.

No doubt , if the number of attempts will be increased , then it would be beneficial for the aspirants .
