Why are foreign airlines quitting Pakistan?

Almost all the international airlines have opted out of Pakistan, only UAE based airlines are coming to Pakistan and now Emirates and Etihad have excused flights to and from Peshawar.
Is terrorism the only reason or low profitability and harsh attitude of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is compelling international airlines to quit Pakistan?
What is going to be of our aviation sector?

Sir don't you think that it is due to fragile polices of our country. Don't you think that our diplomacy has to be strong enough to resolve such issues diplomatically? Above all, I think it is due to socioeconomic and political crisis in Pakistan. Rest, if you describe it in detail, I will appreciate you.

Although International Airlines have a good business opportunity in Pakistan but still they are closing their operations in Pakistan due to terrorism and other issues like the drama of Tahir ul Qadri. These things are the worst issues and government have no mechanism to control these issues and to provide better environment to foreign investment to encourage foreign investors so they invest in Pakistan. There is a huge potential available in Pakistan in the field of airline because of the inability of PIA but due to certain issues International Airlines closing their operations.
