Pakistan’s Foreign Policy
The trends and challenges of Pakistan’s foreign policy have remained the same for the last couple of decades. No one could have dared to tackle them. Therein, they include educational, medical, economic, and other disciplines’ collaborative ties with foreign countries throughout the world.
Rather, we have been continuing the old traditional policies with the countries. We couldn’t survive if we didn’t adopt the policy according to today’s world.
Pakistan’s foreign policy seeks to promote the internationally recognised norms of interstate relations, i.e., respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states.
We should not just maintain our status as a sovereign country; we must take the initiative to develop our economy and country in the meantime.
Collaboration with the world in trade, education, medication, and other areas should be a pivotal part of Pakistan’s foreign policy, as should mutual help during natural disasters in our country and others.
We should pile up our international ties for exports with the whole world accordingly. For that, we have to ramp up the capacity as well as the resources sensibly. Likewise, having to create R&D (research and development) in Pakistan with international standards.
Our educational system immensely needs to be like developed countries’ educational systems. To do so, we should reciprocate our significant educational policy with the world. There should be internationally standardised varieties all over Pakistan.
We severely need advancements in medication from developed countries. We must establish modern and internationally recognised hospitals after having collaborated with the world.
It is suggested that peaceful and other areas’ ties be collaborated with the world likewise. We ought to develop our economy so as to not just initiate but also have expertise in these projects; one of them is space technologies.
