Tayyab68 is on a distinguished road
Wink YES, Tsunami and EarthQuake can be Artificial

Dear Humwatan,
i like to confirm you that "Tsunami and earthquake" can product by ATOMIC BLAST ...

Artificial Earthquake ONLY
===================
If Drill in land and install Atomic bomb in it... Blast can produce Earthquake

Artificial Tsunami ONLY
=================
Blast on floor of SEA can produce Tsunami

Artificial Earthquake + Tsunami (both)
============================
Deep Drill on floor of SEA, insert Atomic Bomb in it...Blast can create both Earthquake with Tsunami (2 big waves)

this knowledge is known to Many nations from end of world war 2, since that time they have done many experiments in this regards...

Now its time when concept of "International Water" has been EXPIRED, UN has to re-draft new laws to secure coastal nations.

Each Continent should consider the owner of nearby sea waters... any foreign national Submarine or naval ships, MUST get permission form Continental Naval Head Office...

this is only legal system to prevent such disasters to coastal nations
