hey first of all complete ur BS.....focus on ur degree and final year project so that u secure ur one side....then after completing ur BS start preparing for css exam....after engineering u can get a good job so u can carry on ur technical career and u can take ur css attempt....dun getconfused ...as engineering courses are demanding and tough....firstly complete them and then try css....hope u got my point....
