This is authentic news that policy board have approved the cases of appointments. But there are some post which will be readvertised becuase board was not satisfied with the experiences of candidates (not relevant to the job as advertised). The minutes of the meeting are preparing by the ministry and the next meeting of the board is scheduled in next week for the approval of minutes as decided in first meeting.There was no issues in AD posts . Letters will be issued in last week of March.

saima keep it mind that AD is only short form of Assistant Director not for Additional Director ; Additional Directors always be Additional Director there is no short form in government institutions.

Another news NTS test marks was considered only for scrutiny this was not merit . There was a thresh hold level in interview and the selection board access the peoples if they met the thresh hold level then he/she will be selected otherwise not.

This may apply to higher posts.but as for as Ads concerned they are generaly prefering thoses which are too on merit list.in interview they generaly took 2 to 3 minutes for introduction only
