yes there was stay order from lahore high court for appointments a person filed a petition in lahore high court for their promotions because of that promotion of employees are being held and no other stay order exists.

But today i heard that civil servants has filed a case for which stay order has been issued.as DPC being held only for DRAP empolyess thats why they filed a case to promote them as wel along with public servants.
dont know whether it is authentic news or rumour.

i hereby confirmed that dpc is successfully held today in ministry and board recommended the promotion of the employees. and now the minutes of promotion is preparing by the ministry for the approval of competent authority i.e Secaratry Health. (Congrats to all of you) within 2 or 3 days notification will be issued. After that appointment letters will be issued accordingly.

in law it is clearly mentioned that if civil servants not opt the the authority scales then then the promotion career will be considered dying career and if they want they can report establishment division as reserved pool employee.
so dont worry these are separate issues not concerned with appointments and promotion of authority employees.
